| Topic: | We are looking for your input concerning two events that occur during the Clinic. Currently the Hall of Fame Banquet is held Friday evening and the Annual Membership Meeting is held Saturday morning. It has been suggested that the Hall of Fame Banquet become a luncheon on Friday and/or the Annual Membership meeting be held at 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon. |

| Mike McGinnis | mcginnism4030@hotmail.com | If the Banquet Meeting at noon would allow more members to take part, that would be great. If being a lunch instead of dinner, the cost might be less. Also you could add it to the days entree fee (free lunch) so people would take advantage of it. Try it- if it doesn't work--change back! Again, if the attendance would increase by having the coaches meeting at 4:00 pm try it! I would like to see it combined with the social hour immediately following. |
